Novels could be written about this remarkable woman. From the myriad trials and tribulations to the colorful life she has lived, but for now we'll try and give you a "snapshot" of her exemplary life. A true champion of care and compassion, Carol Ann Vantassel has dedicated almost five decades of her life to healing the vulnerable and ill, and saving lives along the way. A strong woman, who has always shown the ideal balance of iron-clad strength, and a heart of gold. Never one to suffer fools lightly, she was (is) a stickler for handling all tasks and challenges with the utmost attention to detail and precision. Not only is Ms. Carol Ann, a professional to the core, but a devoted mother of four, a grandmother of eleven and a great grandmother of twelve. At almost 90 years of age (August 20th) she is still very active in her family life, social activities, and charitable causes She has a lovely home that she still maintains to perfection, and always welcomes a smiling face for coffee, tea, and a sweet bite to eat. A rock-solid woman who never turns away those in need and is full of love and kindness! She is also the best "crafter", "fixer-upper", and one of the most resourceful dynamos you'll ever meet! Yes, that is Ms. Carol Ann, in a nutshell and we are forever blessed to have her in our lives!
